The Wallis is a 7-storey mixed-use development proposed for the corner of Hollis St. and South St. The building will replace a row of historic Victorian houses that were damaged by fire. The building design includes 63 units with underground parking.
The building's setback will widen the sidewalks on South and Hollis.
