215 Pembroke Street East Ltd. has been granted a development agreement for a mixed-use development at 6100 Young Street. The proposal is for two residential towers atop a 4-storey, mixed-use commercial and residential podium/building base, with total building heights of 17 floors.
The site's projected occupancy date is January, 2017.
