Application was made by WSP Group for approval of a development agreement to enable a 10 storey mixed use building containing ground commercial space, 8 townhouse units and 82 apartment units at 169 Wyse Road.
The project is proposed to consist of a ten storey building, with approximately 2700 square feet of commercial/retail uses at grade on Wyse Road, 4 townhouse units on Pelzant Street, 4 townhouse units on George Street, and 82 apartment units. There would be 3 levels of underground parking with 67 spaces provided.
