Urban Capital and Killam Properties have teamed up to develop a unique mixed-use building in the South End of Halifax on Barrington St. featuring sustainable design principles. The 6-storey structure built on two lots is planned to house 142 residential units, 75 of which would be apartments for rent. Amendments must be made to the site's MPS and LUB zoning designations before the project can move forward.
