Designed in collaboration with Geoff Keddy Architect & Associates, this mixed-use proposal for the corner of Seymour Street and Coburg Road is intended to extend the Dalhousie University campus and provide housing for young professionals working and living on campus and downtown. Commercial storefronts line the street level, providing amenities to its occupants and neighbours.
