Mosaik Properties's proposal for an eight-storey mixed-use building development on on the corner of Market Street and Sackville Street was accepted. The eight-storey mixed-use building will have 39 units and the facade of the original building, owned by noted 1870s-era Halifax merchant Patrick Dillon, will be retained.
