Named after Camille's Fish and Chips, a North End institution - Camille Residences is proposed for development near the restaurant founded by the family of the owner of Onyx Property Management Inc. The proposed 8-storey condominium building will contain 4 ground-level townhouse units and 33 condo units. The project is awaiting a development agreement and zoning amendment before it can be approved for development.
