The Housing Trust of Nova Scotia has been approved for a 10-storey with 273 units of residential space, which will have 122 as affordable housing and 151 as market rate housing units. Approximately 22,800 sq ft of proposed commercial space will be available with 8,800 sq ft of proposed commercial space set aside for art themed retail and office space. The development is located on the corner of Gottingen St, Maitland St, and Prince William St (former homes of the Diamond Bar and former MET Store).
